Q. Which parts of the UK do you cover?

A. I’m based in London, and typically support weddings in London and the Home Counties. I am however willing to travel further afield by prior arrangement.

Q. Does the cost including travelling expenses?

A. Yes – the cost of the service includes the cost of travel to any location within London and the Home Counties. Travel costs outside of this area may incur a premium, but this can be agreed at the time of your booking

Q. Do you offer a rehearsal?

A. Yes – a rehearsal is a key step in the service that I offer. I usually recommend that the rehearsal takes place 2-4 weeks before the wedding day, though I am happy for this to be earlier if it is more convenient for my client..

Q. What is the purpose of a rehearsal?

A. The purpose of the rehearsal is to give an opportunity to try different products amd application techniques so that we can understand what works best for you as an individual. This in turn takes unnecessary stress out of your wedding day, and gives you confidence in the service that you are receiving.

Q. Where will the makeover take place?

A. I am happy to be entirely flexible in order to fit in with your wedding plans, whether you want me to come to your home, the wedding venue, or wherever you consider most appropriate.

Q. Can you also style my hair?

A. No – I specialise in make-up and am not a qualified hair stylist. However, I have worked closely with a number of hair stylists, and would be happy to recommend someone if you require.

Q. How do I make a booking?

A. You can make a booking either by telephone (07939 321611), or by emailing me here (I will confirm any email bookings within 24 hours of receipt of your email). Upon confirmation of a booking a deposit of 50% will be payable.

Q. What is your policy on cancellations?

A. Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the date of the wedding incur no cancellation fee (your deposit will be refunded in full). In the event of a cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the wedding the deposit will not be refunded.

Q. How long do I need to plan for the makeover taking?

A. I would recommend that you plan that the makeover taking up to 1 hour on the day of the wedding. Makeovers for other members of your wedding party (mother of the bride, bridesmaids etc) take approximately 30-45 minutes each.

Q. What products do you use?

A. I use a range of products from leading brands such as Bobbi Brown, MAC, Laura Mercier, Derma Colour etc If there is a specific product that you would like to use I am happy to be include this, even where it is a product that I have not previously used.
